Job Duties

  • Deliver high-quality teaching in bricklaying to students
  • Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans
  • Provide constructive feedback to students on their progress
  • Assess student work and provide grades
  • Supervise practical sessions in bricklaying workshops
  • Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments

Required Qualifications

A relevant teaching qualification

Education

  • Minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Bricklaying or related field
  • Certificate in Education/PGCE/ DTLLS/DET (Desirable)
  • Assessor qualifications A1 or equivalent (Desirable)
  • Internal Verification qualification V1 or equivalent (Desirable)
  • Able to deliver across different construction trades (Desirable)

Experience

Previous experience working in the construction industry
