£25,260 – £33,190 per annum

Job Description

You have experience of working in a Employability based role and are looking for a new full time permanent position.
 
You will join a FE College in Bath, as a King’s Trust Programme Leader.
 
You’ll deliver the twelve-week King’s Trust Team programme or similar programme for adult learners, and recruit, select and support a Team of young people aged 16 – 25 through a personal development programme centred around teamwork in the community.
 
You will support each participant to complete the relevant qualification by the end of the twelve-week programme.
 
You have a Teaching qualification (Level 3 or higher, may be working towards this) and are educated to Level 3 (A level) or above with equivalent of GCSE grade 4 or above in English & Mathematics.
 
You will need to have a full driving license with access to own transport.
