Recruitment Account Manager

Purpose

As an Account Manager, you will be accountable for the success, relationships and growth at Colleges within the West London area.

Your particular focus will be recruitment, client management and account growth.

Relationships

You will take responsibility for creating and maintaining excellent relationships with:

  • Hiring managers
  • Candidates
  • Your line manager
  • The Associate Director
  • The compliance team
  • Marketing
  • The Recruitment Team

Responsibilities:

  • You will be required to recruit candidates for all roles within the college, including academic and non-academic positions using a variety of advertising means, including job boards, social media and a CRM system
  • Achieve an annual business plan, which will be determined by client demand and opportunity
  • Manage a high volume of vacancies and resource first-class talent for the client
  • Hit KPIs and standards
  • Develop a thorough stakeholder plan and meet regularly with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to determine requirements and build relationships
  • Provide continuous improvement initiatives to help further improve your account
  • Increase the market share of client spend
  • Provide first-class customer service to both the client and candidates
  • Support on other accounts in the portfolio where needed
  • Record and track data, ensuring systems and documents are up to date at all times
  • Report weekly to your manager weekly track and measure financial performance
  • Use a reporting suite to draw reviews and manipulate data effectively
  • Hold regular service review meetings with key stakeholders

Person Specification:

  • You are a skilled and experienced Recruiter / Account Manager having managed or worked closely with high-volume key clients
  • You work with a high level of customer service
  • You have a high level of IT skills and can work with systems and Microsoft
  • You are comfortable working independently, taking ownership and responsibility for your dedicated account
  • You celebrate your success and your team’s success
  • You are professional and represent the company to the highest standard at all times
  • You will be willing and able to travel to the Head Office and between campuses where needed
