🕗 Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–4:30pm

• £34,216.18–£42,198.63 (Qualified)

• £26,807.55–£29,853.86 (Unqualified)

Are you passionate about sport, fitness, and inspiring young people to reach their potential? We’re looking for an enthusiastic Sports Tutor to join a dynamic and supportive education team based in Sheffield.

This is a rewarding opportunity to deliver inclusive, engaging sports sessions to young adults with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). You’ll help learners build physical confidence, teamwork skills, and independence—both in the classroom and through practical activity.

What You’ll Do:

• Plan and deliver a range of sports and physical education lessons (Entry Level – Level 2)

• Support learners with varying needs and abilities, adapting sessions accordingly

• Promote physical well-being, personal development, and teamwork

• Track learner progress and provide feedback in line with individual goals

• Work collaboratively with other tutors, therapists, and support staff

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience teaching or supporting young people with SEND

• A background in sports coaching, fitness, PE or a related subject

• A recognised teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one)

• Positive, patient and flexible approach to teaching

• Strong communication and behaviour management skills
