Location: North Notts College, Worksop
Hours: Full-time (37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year)
Contract Type: Permanent
Salary: Up to £32,199 per annum (depending on qualifications and experience, highest salary with Level 5+ Teaching Qualification)

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Digital Lecturer to join an FE College in Worksop. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real impact on students’ futures by delivering high-quality education and training in the digital field.

As a Lecturer, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging and effective lessons, setting SMART targets for learners, and supporting them to achieve their full potential. You will also carry out the necessary preparation, marking, and assessment activities to ensure a high standard of teaching and learning is maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding teaching and learning to students across digital subject areas
• Prepare schemes of work, lesson plans and learning materials
• Set and assess work and provide constructive feedback
• Monitor and support student progress towards achieving their goals
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to course development and quality assurance processes

Essential Requirements:

• A relevant digital qualification
• A teaching qualification at Level 5 or willingness to work towards one
• Experience of teaching or training in a relevant subject area
• A passion for education and a commitment to student success
