Lecturer in Esports
Permanent Position
Full time – 37hrs per week, all year round
Salary; Up to £32,199 per annum (dependant on experience & qualifications) + benefits
Location: South Yorkshire-based college

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering outstanding teaching and assessment in Levels 1-6 of Esports. You will be responsible for the success of students and providing an enriched curriculum, monitoring student progress and ensure timely completion and achievement. This will include recruitment, providing advice and guidance to students on their progression routes, and developing industry links that provide them with enrichment and work experience.

You will play an important role in developing creative resources to inspire outstanding learning and will be responsible for the monitoring and tracking of learner progress to promote positive outcomes for learners.

Have you got what it takes?

• Hold a vocational qualification at Level 3 or above. 
• Hold a relevant teaching qualification and assessor’s award, or be willing to work towards.
• You will hold a Level 2 (or equivalent) qualification in English and Maths or be willing to work towards
• Bring the subject to life, using combined methods of practical, theoretical and digital, which will engage your learners and provide them with the best skills, knowledge and behaviours for the future..
• Hold a DBS on the update service (or be willing to apply for a new one).
