🔧 Skills Coach – Plumbing & Heating

Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience & qualifications)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Contract Type: Full-time

We’re seeking a skilled and motivated Skills Coach to deliver high-quality teaching across full-time, part-time, and short courses in Plumbing & Heating. This is a fantastic opportunity to share your expertise and inspire the next generation of professionals.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lessons in Plumbing & Heating across Further and Higher Education
• Act as a course tutor, monitoring student progress and maintaining records
• Support curriculum development and practical training activities
• Participate in recruitment events and quality assurance processes
• Promote safeguarding, health & safety, and inclusive learning environments

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• Level 3 or higher qualification in Plumbing & Heating
• Teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one)
• Industry experience and up-to-date knowledge of the sector
• Strong communication, organisation, and motivational skills
• Flexibility to support occasional evening and weekend events
