Location: Northamptonshire
Salary: £33,487 – £39,941 per annum
Hours: 37 hours per week
Teaching Load: 816 hours per academic year
Contract Type: Full-time

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality English lessons across GCSE and Functional Skills
• Monitor and track student progress, providing timely feedback
• Collaborate with curriculum teams to enhance learning outcomes
• Support recruitment events and contribute to curriculum planning
• Promote safeguarding, wellbeing, and inclusive practices

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• Degree-level qualification and a teaching qualification (or willingness to gain one)
• Experience teaching English at GCSE level
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Organised, adaptable, and student-focused approach
