🤝 Employer Engagement Officer
Location: Northamptonshire
Salary: £27,370 – £29,979 per annum
Hours: 37 hours per week
Contract Type: Full-time
🌟 About the Role
Are you a confident communicator with a passion for building strong business relationships? We’re looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Employer Engagement Officer to lead on developing partnerships with employers and driving new business opportunities. This is a key role in supporting strategic growth and ensuring employers receive exceptional service and tailored training solutions.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for employer partners and stakeholders
- Generate new business through outreach, networking, and cold calling
- Promote a wide range of training and development services, including apprenticeships and commercial programmes
- Manage employer accounts and maintain accurate CRM records
- Attend industry meetings, draft proposals, and support bids and tenders
- Collaborate with internal teams to align employer needs with curriculum delivery
🎯 What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in business development or employer engagement
- Strong sales, negotiation, and account management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Knowledge of the education or training sector (desirable)
- Full driving licence and willingness to travel
