Location: Northamptonshire
Salary: £20,330.48 per annum (pro rata) | £23,493.00 full-time equivalent
Hours: 37 hours per week

🌟 About the Role
Are you highly organised with a passion for logistics and administration? We’re looking for a proactive Transport Fleet Administrator to support the smooth operation of student and college transport services. This is a varied and hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with data, systems, and people.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate fleet records and databases
- Coordinate vehicle checks, repairs, and fuel orders
- Manage driver lists and conduct licence checks
- Respond to transport-related enquiries and bookings
- Support trip planning and emergency transport arrangements
- Assist with general admin and cross-departmental support
🎯 What We’re Looking For
- Strong administrative and IT skills (especially spreadsheets and databases)
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Experience in transport or logistics (desirable)
- Full driving licence
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
