🌿 Technical Skills Coach – Greenkeeping & Sportsturf

🕒 Contract: Fixed Term (13 months)
💼 Salary: £36,148 – £38,917 | Full-Time
📅 Start Date: 17 February 2025 | End Date: 13 March 2026

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Technical Skills Coach to support and mentor apprentices in Greenkeeping and Sportsturf at Levels 2 and 3. This role is ideal for an experienced industry professional who is passionate about developing talent and guiding learners through their apprenticeship journey.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality coaching and support to apprentices
• Conduct workplace assessments and progress reviews
• Collaborate with employers to align training with industry standards
• Monitor learner progress and ensure timely completion of apprenticeship standards
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to quality assurance processes

✅ What You’ll Need:

• Level 2 qualifications in English and Maths
• A relevant vocational qualification in Greenkeeping or Sportsturf
• At least 5 years of industry experience
• Experience working with apprentices and engaging with employers
• Strong communication and digital literacy skills

⭐ Desirable:

• Level 2 or 3 qualification in Greenkeeping or Sportsturf
• Experience supporting learners with additional needs
