Job Purpose:
The Enquiry Handler at the Colleges is a crucial member of the Admissions and Enquiries team, responsible for managing and responding to email and telephone enquiries from potential students. This role plays a vital part in the student recruitment process, providing prospective students with accurate and helpful information about our courses, admissions procedures, and the college experience.

The postholder will undertake assigned duties and responsibilities effectively and efficiently, ensuring that all actions are discharged within the regulatory and legislative requirements to which the Group is subject, and:

  • With full regard for the Group’s equal opportunities and health and safety requirements;
  • To achieve individual and team targets assigned through the Group’s annual planning and staff appraisal processes;
  • Within approved income and expenditure budgets;
  • Subject to the Group’s approved strategies, policies and procedures.
