Salary: £30,000 – £40,322 per annum (pro rata for part-time)

1 x 0.7 Part-Time Permanent Lecturer
Start Date: September 2025 or as soon as possible

The Role
As a Health and Social Care Lecturer, you will:

  • Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons across a range of levels, including Level 2, Level 3, and potentially higher.

  • Inspire and support students to achieve both academic and personal growth.

  • Contribute to curriculum planning, assessment, and quality improvement activities.

  • Work collaboratively with a committed team to enhance teaching and learning.

  • Provide support and guidance to learners, helping to prepare them for progression into employment or further study.

Candidate Profile
The successful candidates will have:

  • A relevant qualification in Health and Social Care or a closely related field.

  • A recognised teaching qualification (or a willingness to work towards one).

  • Teaching experience in Further Education or practical industry experience within health and social care.

  • Strong communication, organisational, and digital skills.

  • A passion for education and student success.
