About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Lecturer in Arboriculture to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality education and training to students, fostering a stimulating and supportive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging lectures and practical sessions in Arboriculture.
- Assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback.
- Contribute to curriculum development and continuous improvement of course content.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to ensure the curriculum remains relevant.
- Support students in their academic and professional development.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A degree in Arboriculture or a related field.
- Proven experience in teaching or training within the Arboriculture sector.
- Strong knowledge of Arboriculture practices, techniques, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
