Salary: £32,000 FTE (pro-rated for part-time)

Protocol is working with an established college in the Newbury area to find a passionate Health and Social Care Lecturer. This exciting, part-time position offers the opportunity to teach across Level 1 to Level 3 Health and Social Care courses, inspiring students to pursue careers in healthcare, social work, and related fields.
In this role, you’ll design and deliver engaging lessons, assess student progress, and support learners in gaining the essential knowledge and practical skills for the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach Health and Social Care at Level 1-3, creating an engaging and inclusive learning environment.
- Assess and provide constructive feedback to support student progression.
- Collaborate with colleagues to continuously enhance the curriculum.
Skills and Experience:
- Relevant degree and teaching qualification.
- Experience teaching Health and Social Care, ideally at Level 1-3.
- A passion for supporting students’ development in the sector.
