Job Description

This FE College is looking for an experienced Countryside Management Lecturer to teach and train students.

The successful candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience, abilities and qualities will include: Experience of working in an land-based discipline. Educated to HNC level or have equivalent vocational experience within a countryside management discipline. You will also hold or be prepared to work towards and achieve a Diploma in Teaching and Learning (Certificate in Education)

Hours: Full time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging lessons
  • Contribute to curriculum development and ensure industry relevance.
  • Participate in quality monitoring processes to maintain high standards.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Educated to BSc Level or equivalent in a related subject
  • Hold or willing to work towards and achieve a Diploma in Teaching and Learning (Certificate in Education) or equivalent
  • Ability to motivate students
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
