Learning Support Assistant – 1:1 support for a student with ADHD within the Motor Vehicle workshop.
West Yorkshire
Fridays 09:00-£14:30 (with flexibility to stay longer if needed).
Temporary on-going
£12-£14 per hour.
The role;
- Modify and adapt resources, activities, and lesson plans to meet the diverse needs of students, including those with disabilities or learning challenges.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel encouraged and able to succeed.
- Track and report on student progress, offering feedback and guidance to help them reach their learning goals.
- Work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop individualized learning plans for students.
Have you got what it takes?
- A level 3 qualification in a relevant subject
- A teaching qualification – Preferred but not essential
- Experience delivering both GCSE and Functional Skills English
