We are seeking an exceptional and inspiring Teacher of Business who is passionate about learning and teaching Business with experience at Level 1 Introductory Certificate to Business (BTEC) and Level 2 Diploma in Skills for Business (NCFE) to join one of our leading FE Colleges based in East London. Teaching hours available up to 23 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

• Teach a range of students to develop their Business skills and qualifications.
• Liaise closely with curriculum teams to ensure effective and timely student progress.
• Counsel students and maintain positive behaviours.
• Participate in curriculum development to meet changing demands and college planning.

The role: You will be working within the college, supporting, teaching, training and assessing students in Business. You will be responsible for assessing and marking student work and carrying out student tutorials and assessments to ensure each student is achieving their best during their time in the college.

The person: We are therefore seeking individuals who are passionate about Business and that have relevant experience in both educational and industry fields. The individual will also have experience working with students or apprentices either in a college or an educational setting whilst being upbeat, motivational and knowledgeable in the subject area to educate and inspire learners.
