Are you an experienced plumbing and gas professional looking to inspire the next generation of tradespeople? A leading Further Education college in Liverpool is seeking a dedicated Plumbing & Gas Assessor to join our dynamic team.
The Role
As a Plumbing & Gas Assessor, you will:
✔️ Assess and support learners in achieving their plumbing and gas qualifications.
✔️ Conduct workplace visits to evaluate practical skills and provide constructive feedback.
✔️ Work closely with tutors to ensure high-quality delivery of apprenticeships and vocational courses.
✔️ Maintain up-to-date industry knowledge and ensure compliance with awarding body standards.
✔️ Support learners in developing the skills and confidence needed for a successful career.
About You
To be successful in this role, you should have:
🔹 A Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) in Plumbing & Gas.
🔹 An Assessor qualification (A1, TAQA, or equivalent) – or a willingness to work towards one.
🔹 Recent industry experience in plumbing and gas installation/maintenance.
🔹 Strong communication and organisational skills.
🔹 A passion for training and developing future professionals.
