Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of MIS and Funding to join our team at a Further Education College in Richmond. This temporary role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and manage the college’s Management Information Systems (MIS) and funding operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the management and development of the college’s MIS to ensure accurate and timely data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Manage the funding processes, ensuring compliance with funding regulations and maximizing funding opportunities.
- Lead and support the MIS and funding team, providing guidance and professional development.
- Collaborate with academic and administrative staff to ensure data integrity and effective use of MIS.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve data management and funding processes.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to MIS and funding.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing MIS and funding within an educational setting.
- Strong knowledge of funding regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
