You could be in a full time permanent position as a Programme Manager in L2 & L3 Motor Vehicle in a further education College in South England.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to lead and innovate in a sector-critical programme.

You’ll lead the development and delivery of high-quality vocational and academic training in motor vehicle and manage the programme to ensure compliance with awarding body requirements and enhance student outcomes.

You will coordinate staff and resources to deliver an outstanding learning experience that meets both industry standards and student needs, and champion student progress through effective teaching, learning, and assessment strategies.

You hold a degree / relevant professional qualification or equivalent at minimum of Level 3 with proven experience in teaching and assessment, with a commitment to delivering high-quality education.

You already have strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and support a high-performing team, with a passion for student success, and an understanding of individual learning needs.
