Lecturer in Animal Care (Temporary)

£23 – £28 per hour

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Lecturer in Animal Care to join the dynamic team at a Further Education (FE) College based in Rotherham. This temporary position offers a fantastic opportunity to deliver high-quality teaching and support to students studying Level 1-3 Animal Care/Management.
Key Responsibilities.
- Deliver engaging and informative lessons in Animal Care across Level 1 to Level 3 qualifications.
- Support students in their learning, development, and practical skills within the animal care industry.
- Provide ongoing assessment, feedback, and support to ensure learners meet their targets.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the curriculum and learning experience.
Essential Requirements.
- Level 1-3 qualification in Animal Care/Management.
- Ideally, hold a Teaching Qualification (TQ), or be willing to work towards one.
- Experience in teaching or training in the Animal Care sector is desirable.
- A passion for animal care and helping students develop their skills and knowledge.
