Location: Brighton
Contract: Fixed term, two years with potential to be extended
Salary: £37,099 per annum
Hybrid working model: 50% onsite and 50% working from home

We are thrilled to be partnering with a Unviersity in the south the launch of our brand-new Apprenticeships Hub, a flagship initiative designed to transform degree apprenticeships and enhance student success. As Apprenticeship Quality Manager, you will be at the forefront of this exciting project, ensuring the highest standards of quality across our growing apprenticeship provision.
About the Role
In this pivotal position, you will:
- Lead quality assurance processes and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with national standards and institutional policies.
- Deliver tailored training and professional development for staff.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to design innovative programs.
- Support inspections, audits, and the creation of Self-Assessment Reports (SARs) and Quality Improvement Plans (QIPs).
About You
We’re looking for a motivated individual with:
- In-depth knowledge of higher education and apprenticeship policy.
- Proven experience in quality assurance and improvement within apprenticeship programs.
- Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset, with the ability to thrive under pressure.
