Job Description

Protocol are delighted to be working in partnership with North East Scotland Colleges to recruit for a part time temporary Authentic Indian Cookery  This is a lecturing role, preparing and delivering authentic Indian recipes within the Aberdeen City Campus. Role would be temporary for evening classes and will also run alongside various other cookery topics throughout the academic year.  Should you be interested in teaching any other cooking classes, you can view details on our website.

Role responsibilities

  • to prepare and deliver authentic Indian cooking classes
  • maintain accurate attendance, and results records
  • provide constructive feedback to students to help them develop

The person & qualifications

  • Must have food hygiene qualification and ideally be chef or professional cookery qualification
  • Previous teaching experience would be an advantage but is not essential
