Protocol are delighted to be working in partnership with North East Scotland Colleges to recruit for a part time temporary Authentic Indian Cookery  This is a lecturing role, preparing and delivering authentic Indian recipes within the Aberdeen City Campus. Role responsibilities

• to prepare and deliver authentic Indian cooking classes
• maintain accurate attendance, and results records
• provide constructive feedback to students to help them develop

The person & qualifications

• Must have food hygiene qualification and ideally be chef or professional cookery qualification
• Previous teaching experience would be an advantage but is not essential
