Protocol are delighted to be working in partnership with North East Scotland Colleges to recruit for a part time temporary Breadmaking Lecturer, teaching various bread recipes with the Aberdeen City Campus. Role would be temporary for evening classes and will run various cookery topics throughout the academic year.

Role responsibilities

• to prepare and deliver various breadmaking recipes
• maintain accurate attendance, and results records
• provide constructive feedback to students to help them develop

The person & qualifications

• Must have food hygiene qualification and ideally be chef or professional cookery qualification
• Previous teaching experience would be an advantage but is not essential
