There are approximately 125 registered End-Point Assessment Organisations (EPAOs), and we work with many of them. EPAOs play a highly important role within the education sector, as they must be the ones to carry out assessments of apprenticeships, as opposed to a training provider.
Currently, whilst demand for this service is high, there aren’t enough EPAs to meet this. This represents a huge opportunity for candidates wishing to work in an end-point assessment organisation.

As well as building up our network of end-point assessors actively looking for work, we’ve been working to provide CPD and training to any of our assessors who want to adapt to the new role.
So far we’ve partnered up with both the Strategic Development Network and The Assessors Guild to provide our candidates access to free training via our online CPD portal Learning Zone, as well as discounts on qualifications.
