Salary: £27,238 – £33,487 per annum
Hours: 37 hours per week

We’re seeking a dedicated Lecturer in Foundation Learning to deliver high-quality teaching and tailored support to students working towards Functional Skills and other entry-level qualifications. 🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Functional Skills and Foundation Learning programmes
• Assess student needs and provide personalised support
• Monitor progress and maintain accurate records
• Supervise Learning Support Assistants
• Contribute to curriculum development and student recruitment
• Promote safeguarding, wellbeing, and inclusive practices

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• Degree-level qualification and GCSEs in Maths & English (Grade C or above)
• Experience teaching post-16 learners
• Strong communication, organisation, and IT skills
• Ability to motivate and support students of varying abilities
• Commitment to safeguarding and continuous professional development
