Location: Northamptonshire
Salary:
- £21,096.35 – £23,020.10 per annum (term-time only, 40 weeks)
- £24,378.00 – £26,601.00 per annum (full-time, 52 weeks)
Hours: 37 hours per week
Contract Type: Full-time or Term-Time

Are you passionate about helping young people achieve their career goals and aspirations? We’re seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Careers Advisor to provide impartial guidance and support to students, helping them make informed decisions about their futures. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real impact in a vibrant educational setting.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Deliver 1:1 and group careers guidance sessions
- Plan and run workshops, masterclasses, and employability activities
- Support students with UCAS applications and career planning
- Collaborate with curriculum teams and external partners
- Attend open events and contribute to student recruitment
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to quality assurance
🎯 What We’re Looking For
- Degree-level qualification
- Experience in careers education, advice, and guidance (CEIAG)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and support students of varying abilities
- Strong organisational skills and a proactive approach
- Driving licence (travel between campuses may be required)
