📍 Location: Northamptonshire
🕒 Contract: Full-Time (37 hours/week)
💼 Salary: £33,487 – £39,941 per annum
📅 Start Date: September 2025

Are you passionate about shaping the future of business education? We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Lecturer in Business to join our curriculum team. This is a full-time role with a strong focus on delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences across Further and Higher Education programmes.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging lessons to full-time, part-time, and short course students
• Act as a course tutor, managing student progress, attendance, and pastoral care
• Support curriculum development in response to industry trends and learner needs
• Participate in student recruitment and promotional events
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to internal verification and quality assurance
• Promote safeguarding, health & safety, and inclusive practices across all learning environments
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching resources and student experience

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• A degree or equivalent vocational experience in Business, Business Management, Marketing, or Analytics
• GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths (Grade C or above)
• A teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one)
• Practical experience in business management and/or teaching BTEC Level 3
• Strong communication, organisational, and time management skills
• Ability to motivate and support a diverse range of learners
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion

• Assessor/Verifier qualifications
• First Aid certification
• Experience in course management and resource development
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and digital learning tools
