Mental Health and Health and Social Care NVQ Assessor
Remote/ Online
Full time – Temporary on-going 
£25 – £28 per hour 

Job Purpose:
To be responsible for Assessing on a range of Health and Social care and Mental Health Qualifications. To contribute to the leadership of a programme of study, tracking of learners, marking of assessments, checking on student attendance, curriculum development and marketing activities.

To be responsible for the use of appropriate assessment methods, the achievement of learning and teaching goals and the recording of learner activity.

• To be an online assessor for one or more programmes of study in the Adults Skills Online Department
• To be responsible for efficient administrative duties in areas such as admissions, assessment of progress, student attendance and quality assurance (including course quality files) and IQA.

Have you got what it takes?

• Assessors Awards (essential)
• Verifiers/ IQA qualification (desirable – Not essential)
• Hold a relevant subject related degree or equivalent qualification
• Excellent subject knowledge and understanding of the relevant curriculum, qualification and quality frameworks
