About the Role:
We are seeking a patient and supportive Learning Support Assistant to work with a group of adult learners. You will provide one-on-one and group support, ensuring learners with varying support needs can fully engage with their studies in a classroom setting.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide in-class support to adult learners, adapting your approach to meet diverse needs.

Assist the tutor with classroom management and learner engagement.

Offer encouragement and guidance to help learners build confidence and develop skills.

Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.
What We’re Looking For:

Level 2 Teaching Assistant Qualification (or equivalent) – Essential.

Level 2 qualifications in English and Maths (or equivalent) – Essential.

Experience working with adult learners or individuals with support needs.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
