Apprenticeship Skills Tutor (Assessor) – Electrical

Permanent Position
Up to £37,199 per annum (inc MFS)

Assess and Support Learners: Conduct workplace assessments, provide coaching, and monitor progress to ensure apprentices meet qualification and End Point Assessment requirements.

Deliver Training: Facilitate engaging training sessions and one-to-one support, helping learners build competence in electrical installation, testing, maintenance, and compliance with regulations.

Manage Portfolios: Guide apprentices in developing evidence portfolios and maintain accurate records in line with quality standards and funding rules.

Liaise with Employers: Collaborate with employers to align on-the-job training with apprenticeship standards and provide feedback on learner development.

Ensure Compliance: Adhere to internal and external quality assurance processes, participate in standardisation, and support safeguarding and learner welfare.
You will need
- Must have industry experience.
- Must hold a Level 3 Qualification in Electrical.
- Must hold an assessor’s qualification and have experience assessing apprenticeship standards.
- Hold a DBS on the update service (or be willing to apply for a new one).
