Apprenticeships Reviewer (Temporary, Ongoing)
FE College based in Doncaster
£12.21 per hour + holiday pay
Hours: 35.5 hours per week
(Monday–Thursday 8:30am–5:00pm, Friday 8:30am–4:00pm, with 1 hour flexible across the week)
An FE College based in Doncaster is seeking a highly organised and proactive Apprenticeships Reviewer to join our team on a temporary ongoing basis (reviewed termly). This is a key role in supporting our apprentices and ensuring high standards of review, communication, and learner progress. While experience in apprenticeship or education administration is desirable, we also welcome applications from experienced administrators who can quickly adapt to a fast-paced, learner-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities.
- Manage a defined caseload of apprentices, working closely with Assessors, Tutors, Support Staff, and Employers.
- Ensure timely reviews of all learners, ideally every 10 weeks (minimum every 12 weeks), with both the apprentice and employer present.
- Schedule, record, and track all reviews using the learner management system (LMS).
- Upload and maintain accurate and timely review documentation.
- Cover all required review elements, including SMART action setting, off-the-job training logs, learner support, and progress tracking.
- Liaise with Tutors between reviews to ensure consistent communication and support for learners.
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong administrative skills and experience, ideally within apprenticeships or the education sector.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
- Competent using digital systems, especially learner or data management platforms.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to supporting learner success.
