The Protocol Group are working with a leading Further Education college in Altrincham to recruit an experienced and passionate Beauty Therapy Lecturer to teach Level 2 and Level 3 students. With the global beauty and cosmetic market continuing to grow, this is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of the industry by training the next generation of beauty professionals.

About the Role:

As a Beauty Therapy Lecturer, you will deliver engaging and high-quality lessons that cover a broad range of beauty treatments and techniques. You will work with students in the college’s Enhance commercial salon, which includes a Dermalogica partnership, spa, and hydrotherapy salon. Students will gain real-world experience working with paying clients, ensuring they develop the confidence and skills required in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach and assess students across Level 2 and Level 3 Beauty Therapy courses.
• Deliver theoretical and practical lessons covering advanced skincare, non-invasive treatments, and body therapies.
• Provide expert training on anti-ageing skin care treatments, spa therapies, and holistic treatments.
• Support learners in developing their skills in a commercial salon environment.
• Work closely with industry partners to provide work placements and enrichment opportunities.
• Inspire students to excel in their studies and progress into successful beauty careers.

What We’re Looking For:

• A recognised teaching qualification (Cert Ed, PGCE, or equivalent) or a willingness to work towards one.
• A Level 3 qualification (or higher) in Beauty Therapy.
• Industry experience in cosmetology, non-invasive skin treatments, and body therapies.
• Strong communication and organisational skills, with a passion for education.
• Experience working in a commercial salon or spa setting is desirable.
