You could be in a full time permanent position as a Programme Manager in Land-Based Agricultural Engineering in a further education College in South England.
You would lead the development and delivery of high-quality vocational and academic training in land-based agricultural engineering or equivalent engineering and manage the programme to ensure compliance with awarding body requirements and enhance student outcomes.
You’ll coordinate staff and resources to deliver an outstanding learning experience that meets both industry standards and student needs and champion student progress through effective teaching, learning, and assessment strategies.
You have a minimum of a Level 3 qualification in land-based agricultural engineering operations or equivalent with a relevant teaching qualification or experience, although the College offer in-house initial teacher training to the right candidate.
You have strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and support a high-performing team and a passion for student success, with an understanding of individual learning needs.
An assessor qualification (TAQA or A1) would be desirable.
