Are you passionate about supporting students’ personal growth and success? Protocol are working with a college based in Doncaster searching for a Personal Development Facilitator to join our Student Services team and deliver dynamic, engaging sessions that help learners thrive both in and out of the classroom.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver impactful PD group sessions.
- Develop and review the PD curriculum and learning resources.
- Support learners’ employability skills and personal development.
- Maintain detailed learner records and track progress.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance student experience.
What We’re Looking For:
- Degree (or working towards) and a relevant teaching qualification.
- GCSE English & Maths (Grade C/4 or above).
- Experience in teaching, mentoring, or coaching.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
