You could be in a part time role, working term time only. How does being off during College holidays sound to you?
You would be working with the SEND provision, as an Learning Support Practitioner within a FE College in South East London.
In this role, you will support a male student 1:1 in L3 ICT Y2 mainstream college. No academic support is required, it is helping the student to get around college, lunch etc.
You must be willing/trained to do personal if required.
You’re local to Bromley/SE London and already hold an Enhanced DBS, including the child and adults barred list.
You’ll be working Wed, Thurs, Friday 9 – 5, but if you need a 5 day assignment we can offer this – it would be shared class support in Maths and English classes.
You will have good communication skills and some experience of working with young people with learning difficulties/disabilities, and experience in Education.
You work effectively as part of a team and can motivate and support young people.
Pay is between £14 and £15 per hour inclusive.
