Your role in a nutshell:
As a Senior Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact between The Protocol Group and our FE College client in West London. Your primary focus will be building new and nurturing/ expanding existing relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and maximizing account potential.
Rather than recruitment duties, you will concentrate on strategic account management, fostering strong partnerships, and identifying growth opportunities within the College.
- Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with key stakeholders at the FE College
- Understand the College’s objectives and challenges, and strategically align Protocol’s services to meet their needs.
- Act as a trusted advisor, offering insights and solutions to enhance the College’s recruitment strategies and processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and exceed client expectations.
- Identify opportunities for account expansion and upselling additional services where appropriate.
- Managerial responsibilities for the account coordinators and compliance officers
- Generation and understanding of MI data
- Proven experience in a client-facing role, demonstrating strong account management skills.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Strategic thinking with a focus on long-term relationship building and client retention.
- Ability to understand client needs and effectively position solutions to address them.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and passionate about delivering outstanding client service.
