As our Onsite Account Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our FE College client by ensuring that our recruitment processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Your responsibilities in this dual role will include managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, sourcing top talent, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
What you’ll do:
- Working on a high-volume Recruitment contract, recruiting for temporary & permanent Education staff.
- Collaborate with various departments to understand their resourcing needs and assist in finding the right Education candidates.
- Coordinate recruitment activities, from advertising vacancies, resourcing for roles using social media & job boards, to conducting interviews and onboarding new staff
- Maintain compliance records, ensuring adherence to relevant policies and procedures.
What you’ll bring:
- Previous experience in recruitment, with a strong understanding of compliance practices
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Exceptional organisational abilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- A passion for education and a desire to contribute to the success of our students and staff.
