As a Business Manager, you’ll lead our education recruitment division. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Inspiring and guiding a team of experienced recruitment consultants
- Developing strategic plans to expand our client base and elevate services
- Managing the complete recruitment cycle, ensuring high-quality placements
- Cultivating strong relationships with Further Education Colleges
- Contributing to the growth and success of our company through budget management, team development and strategic account growth
We are seeking individuals who:
- Proven experience in education recruitment or related sectors
- Strong leadership and managerial capabilities, minimum 2 years managing a team
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding financial targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive and innovative problem-solving approach
- Success in recruiting & growing your team
- Experience in running a desk whilst managing a team
