Plumbing and Gas Skills Trainer
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £34,445 – £40,560 per annum
Location: Nottinghamshire-based FE College
Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Plumbing and Gas Skills Trainer. This full-time permanent role involves assessing apprentices in their workplaces, ensuring they meet the required standards in various gas safety and plumbing competencies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess apprentices in CCN 1-Core Safety, CENWAT 1 Boilers/Water Heaters, HTR1 Gas Fires, CKR1 Gas Cookers, and LPG.
- Conduct assessments primarily at apprentices’ places of work.
- Provide constructive feedback and support to apprentices to help them achieve their qualifications.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- A1 Assessor qualification.
- Level 3 qualification in Plumbing.
- Gas Safe Registered.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel to various apprentice workplaces.
