Job Duties:

• Provide high-quality support to apprentices, helping them reach their goals on time.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with employers to ensure seamless training and assessment—and secure repeat business.
• Conduct regular learning reviews with apprentices and employers to ensure continuous progress and set/review targets.
• Assist in onboarding new students through interviews and induction sessions.
• Deliver engaging and impactful training sessions to support apprentices’ overall learning and development.

Required Qualifications:

• Relevant qualification in construction or education
• Assessor qualification (e.g., TAQA, A1, D32/D33)
• Teaching qualification (e.g., PTLLS, CTLLS, DTLLS)
• Willingness to undertake or update training / qualifications as required.
• IOSH managing safely or ENTO H&S Units D & G.

Experience:

• Experience in apprenticeship delivery is desirable, but we offer full training to exceptional candidates.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build professional relationships with both apprentices and employers.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• A commitment to providing top-tier training and support to apprentices.
