Job Duties:
- Provide high-quality support to apprentices, helping them reach their goals on time.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with employers to ensure seamless training and assessment—and secure repeat business.
- Conduct regular learning reviews with apprentices and employers to ensure continuous progress and set/review targets.
- Assist in onboarding new students through interviews and induction sessions.
- Deliver engaging and impactful training sessions to support apprentices’ overall learning and development.
Required Qualifications:
- Relevant qualification in construction or education
- Assessor qualification (e.g., TAQA, A1, D32/D33)
- Teaching qualification (e.g., PTLLS, CTLLS, DTLLS)
- Willingness to undertake or update training / qualifications as required.
- IOSH managing safely or ENTO H&S Units D & G.
Experience:
- Experience in apprenticeship delivery is desirable, but we offer full training to exceptional candidates.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build professional relationships with both apprentices and employers.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- A commitment to providing top-tier training and support to apprentices.
