Location: East of England, Cambridgeshire-based College
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Salary: £27,425 – £40,369 Per annum

Job Duties:
- Plan, prepare and deliver engaging Functional Skills and GCSE Maths lessons to learners on a Construction courses, with varying levels of ability and confidence from Entry Level to Level 2.
- Assess and record students’ progress and provide feedback.
- Develop and implement educational activities to support the curriculum.
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
Required Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Degree in Mathematics or related field.
- Strong knowledge of the UK National Curriculum for Maths.
Education:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics or related field.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Experience, Knowledge, and Skills:
- Proven experience teaching Maths in an FE setting
- Excellent classroom management skills.
- Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Postgraduate qualification in Education.
- Experience using educational technology in the classroom.
