Job Title: Electrical Installation IQA Assessor
Location: Romford, London
Hours: Part-time (temporary ongoing)
Salary: £25-£30 per hour
About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Electrical Installation IQA (Internal Quality Assurer) Assessor to join our team in Romford. This role involves ensuring the quality and consistency of electrical installation training and assessments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical installation and a commitment to maintaining high standards in education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct internal quality assurance of electrical installation training and assessments.
- Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
- Provide feedback and support to assessors to maintain high-quality delivery.
- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Stay updated with industry developments and best practices.
Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications in Electrical Installation or a related field.
- IQA qualification (e.g., V1, TAQA).
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
