Job Title: Building Services Assessor/Trainer

Location:

East of England, Cambridgeshire-based College

Job Type:

Permanent, expected to work Full-Time hours.

Must have a form of transport (mileage is claimable)

£25,918 – £39,004

Job Duties:

  • Deliver training and assessment in Heating & ventilation to students.
  • Create and update training materials and resources.
  • Assess students’ practical skills and knowledge in building services.
  • Provide constructive feedback and support to students to help them progress.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and assessment results.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in building services.

Required Qualifications:

  • Relevant Level 3 qualification in Building Services or Heating and Ventilation.
  • IQA Qualification

Experience:

At least 3 years of experience working in the building services industry.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of building services/Heating & Ventilation principles and practises.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with students of diverse backgrounds.
  • Good organisational and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in delivering training and assessment in an educational setting.
